ATTENTION TEACHERS:

  • To register your group, please return this form by October 1, 2009.
  • Tents will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for the first two sessions on Thursday and Friday.
  • Once tents are assigned, no changes can be made.
  • Please send a copy of purchase orders to FCSF Registration.
