New Mexico Centennial Celebration

Winter Reading Program

Register online, read and record books during the month of January 2012.  As part of the Centennial Celebration for New Mexico’s 100th birthday, our goal is to register 100 patrons to read and record 100 books from January 1, 2012 to January 31, 2012.  All participants will be entered to win a $100 gift certificate to be given away in February 2012.

Live Homework Help

Live Homework Help is available online using your Farmington Public Library card at home or at the library. Farmington middle school students with issued laptops can access Live Homework Help through the Farmington Municipal School website using the library card. Live Homework help is available from 4 to 10pm., 7 days a week in English and Spanish in Math, Science, English, and Social Studies all with a live "online" tutor.

It's Story Time Our story time sessions resume February 6, 2012. Come and enjoy stories, songs, finger plays and movement activities with your child that help them get Ready to Read! We will share easy tips with parents based on the Ready to Read model that will help you have fun with reading at home. Story times are held each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. No registration required, however we ask that groups please register for a Library Adventure at www.infoway.org .
