Festival Winners Announced!

Please help us congratulate our Chalk Art Festival Winners. They are...

BEST OF SHOW

These winners were chosen by panel of judges. There is one winner in each category that was selected out of all the locations. Each winner will receive $250 from the Farmington Public Library Foundation. These winners are:

Professional – Thomas D. Baca

• His artwork is featured at the Bloomfield Public Library

Amateur – Matthew Holyan

• His artwork is featured at the Shiprock Branch Library

Teen – Shelby Ramirez

• Her artwork is featured at the Farmington Public Library.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE

All of these artists created their work at the Farmington Public Library. They were selected by library patrons who voted for their favorite works. The winners are:

Professional – Brian Joe

• He will receive $125 from the Farmington Public Library Foundation

Amateur – Myles Leo Garnanez

• He will receive $100 from the New Mexico Arts Council and $25 from the Farmington Public Library Foundation

Teen – Lakota Chee

• He will receive $100 from the Farmington Public Library Foundation and a $25 gift card from Torani.
