Description: Facilitates the return home or into a less restrictive community setting. Parallel Parenting allows the youth's natural parents to learn new parenting if the youth is able to return home. Other services include special education, mainstream classes, art therapy, BMS specialist, independent living, 12-step addiction group, and sexual trauma group.
Comments:Places abuse or neglected youth in safe foster homes. Provides treatment foster care services for emotionally and behaviorally disturbed youth. Emphasis is not placed on past behavioral problems but on behavior modification through positive self esteem, social skills, etc
