Every teenager longs for freedom and independence. With every birthday comes more opportunities for such desires. At age fifteen, most teens in New Mexico are eligible to get their permit which allows them to drive with an adult in the car. After having their permit for six moths, along with completing fifty required driving hours, one is eligible for a provisional. A provisional allows a person to drive by oneself, but only one teenage passenger is allowed, excluding immediate family members. This is the first step to freedom in my eyes – being able to go on dates, get fast food, and go to Wal-Mart. After having a provisional for a year, one can get a full license. Once you get this, you have completed the first step to a more free and independent life.
Dude, there is always plenty of stuff to do at the TEEN ZONE!
