2009 Summer Reading Instructions
How to get registered for Summer Reading and log your books that you read!
- Click on the Sign Up/Log Books link on the left.
- Select the library and register online using your library card and PIN.
- If you do not have a library card, register then update your file later.
- Click Sign Me Up, register and Save.
- Click Add/View log on Activity Center to record books read, and save.
- Registration starts May 1, 2009.
- Last day to record books online is Midnight, August 1, 2009.
- Youth to Tween (age 1 to 12) read 15 books Teens (age 13 to 19) read five books and adults read six books.
Summer Reading t-shirts and other prizes will be available at the library you registered starting August 12, 2009.
Daycare Providers bringing groups to the library
- Contact person must provide a list of participants for Youth Services for the library to create a summer reading group.
- Contact person or participant in the group can register and click on the drop down list created for their group using the library card and PIN. If participant does not have a library card, register and update file later. Library card applications are available upon request.
- Contact person is responsible for picking up the t-shirts and distributing them on August 12, 2009.
