- MADD San Juan County applications available at the Farmington Public Library Teen Zone.
- There is no membership fee to join MADD. All money donated to San Juan County stays in the area.
- Donations should be made out to "MADD San Juan County" -- write "MADD Secretary, Flo Trujillo" on an envelope available from Youth Services
