You will need to show one picture ID with your current mailing address.

If your ID is not current, a personal check, current utility bill, etc. is required.

Children under 18 must be with their parent or guardian when applying for a card. Parents must also have a library card.

Parents are responsible for items their children checkout.

If you had a library card before, there will be a $2.00 replacement fee.

Your library card is valid at Aztec, Bloomfield, Farmington and Shiprock libraries.
